This Policy applies to WEAISmart.com and related WEAI websites, customer portals, dashboards, indicators, educational materials, alerts and support interactions (collectively, the “Services”). It does not govern third-party services that publish their own privacy policies.

• Verify entitlements and enable access to purchased or member-included indicators.

• Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

WEAI does not sell personal information for money. No system is completely secure; users should protect credentials and notify us of suspected misuse.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Trading-related paid services are intended only for users who are at least 18 or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; contact us to request deletion if you believe this occurred.

WEAI and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we will use recognized transfer safeguards and provide additional disclosures concerning recipients, countries, purposes and retention.
