1. Acceptance · 약관 동의

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional product, promotion or affiliate terms may apply and will control only where they expressly conflict with these Terms.

2. Eligibility · 이용 자격

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You may use the Services only where lawful. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Demonstration Status · 데모 상태

Pages marked “Demo,” “Preview,” “Paper Trading” or similar are simulations. They may use illustrative prices, signals, performance values and account states. They do not execute real orders, access a brokerage account or represent actual results. Production login, entitlement, alerts and payment features are not active until expressly announced.

4. Trading Risk and No Financial Advice · 투자위험

WEAI is an analytical and educational technology service, not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary or signal guarantee. Nothing in the Services is personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of all capital. Indicators can be delayed, inaccurate or fail under changing market conditions. Past, simulated or hypothetical performance does not guarantee future results.

모든 거래 결정과 손익은 이용자 본인의 책임입니다. 거래 전 독립적인 판단을 하고 필요한 경우 자격을 갖춘 전문가의 조언을 받아야 합니다. WEAI는 수익, 승률, 시장 방향 또는 손실 방지를 보장하지 않습니다.

5. Accounts and Security · 계정

You must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials and promptly report unauthorized activity. One account is for one authorized user unless an enterprise plan states otherwise. You are responsible for actions taken through your account to the extent permitted by law.

6. Trials, Billing and Cancellation · 체험·결제·해지

• Trial access may be limited by time, features, market or device and may end automatically.
• Paid plans may renew monthly or annually at the price disclosed at checkout until canceled.
• Taxes and currency conversion charges may apply.
• Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not retroactively refund an active billing period unless required by law or the checkout refund policy.
• Price or plan changes will be communicated before they affect an existing renewal where required.

No real charge will occur through pages clearly marked as demo. Before production billing begins, checkout will identify the merchant, payment provider, renewal terms, cancellation method and applicable refund policy.

7. Limited License · 사용권

Subject to these Terms and an active entitlement, WEAI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services. Indicators, Pine Script, dashboards, manuals, videos and downloads may not be resold, sublicensed, shared publicly, reverse engineered, copied to create a competing product or used to bypass access controls.

8. Acceptable Use · 금지행위

You may not interfere with security or availability; scrape or automate access without permission; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; infringe rights; share invite-only access; manipulate affiliate attribution; use the Services for unlawful market activity; or misrepresent WEAI outputs as guaranteed advice.

9. Third-Party Services · 제3자 서비스

The Services may link to or integrate with TradingView, payment processors, hosting providers, communication platforms and market-data services. Their terms, availability and privacy practices apply separately. WEAI does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their outages, changes, data quality or account decisions.

10. Intellectual Property · 지식재산권

WEAI names, branding, interfaces, code, indicators, documentation, videos and original content are owned by the WEAI operator or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Feedback may be used to improve the Services without obligation, but WEAI does not claim ownership of your pre-existing materials.

11. Disclaimers · 보증 부인

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” WEAI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy and profitability. AI-generated or algorithmic output may contain errors and always requires human review.

12. Limitation of Liability · 책임 제한

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEAI and its operator, affiliates and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or trading losses, lost profits, lost data or missed opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to WEAI during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Suspension and Termination · 이용 제한

You may stop using the Services or cancel renewal through the available account method. WEAI may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful conduct or material breach, with notice where reasonably practicable. Provisions intended to survive—including risk, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability—remain effective.

14. Governing Law and Disputes · 준거법 및 분쟁

Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to send written notice and attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts serving Orange County, California.

강행 소비자보호법이 달리 정하지 않는 한 본 약관은 캘리포니아주 법률의 적용을 받으며, 분쟁은 캘리포니아주 오렌지카운티를 관할하는 주법원 또는 연방법원에서 처리합니다.

15. Changes and General Terms · 변경 및 일반조항

WEAI may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes will be notified as required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; WEAI may assign them as part of a legitimate business transfer.
