Refund & Cancellation

A free trial does not require payment unless the checkout page expressly asks for a payment method and clearly states the conversion date and price. WEAI will not charge a payment method merely because a no-payment trial ends.

Paid subscriptions renew at the frequency, price and currency disclosed at checkout until canceled. Before purchase, users must affirmatively consent to renewal terms and receive an acknowledgment containing the offer terms, cancellation method and this Policy. Renewal reminders will be provided when required by California law.

Users may cancel online through My WEAI or the payment-provider customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally remains effective through the paid period. Access may continue until that period ends. Support requests may be sent to support@weaismart.com.

Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription charges are non-refundable after access has been provided. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and verified technical failures that prevent material use will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Material price or renewal changes will be communicated before taking effect for an existing subscriber as required by law. Continued use after a properly disclosed effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
